Judge Refuses To Dismiss Sexual Assault Charges Against Marilyn Manson
A decide has refused Marilyn Manson's movement to dismiss the costs of sexual assault towards him.
Manson's attorneys submitted the movement to dismiss in July, stating that Recreation of Throne's actress Esme Bianco's allegations of sexual assault had been "time-barred by greater than seven years" underneath California's statute of limitations. Bianco claimed that the star raped her and that he was verbally abusive.
"My hope is that this ruling empowers different survivors to pursue justice for themselves whereas signaling to abusers that they can't bully victims into silence," Bianco stated in a press launch.
She says that she "suffered as a result of deterioration of her psychological well being brought on by Mr. Warner" and that she "offers with advanced Put up-Traumatic Stress Dysfunction, nervousness, melancholy, and panic assaults to today in consequence."
She was one of many a number of girls who've accused the rock star of abuse. Manson has repeatedly denied the entire allegations towards him.
